As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and desires, and demonstrating the features and capabilities of our vehicles. Your goal will be to convert walk-in inquiries into sales, while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and understand their requirements and interests
* Describe vehicle features and explain use, operation, and care to customers
* Qualify buyers by matching their requirements and interests to various models
* Compute sales prices and total purchases
* Maintain updated product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
* Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and recommending sales campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
* Authorize to work in the US
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Clean driving record and valid Driver License
* Flexibility to work various hours and weekends
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Proper email and telephone etiquette
* Must be comfortable with public communication
* Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite
