About the Role

We are seeking a Buyer in Training to join our team. This entry-level position requires no prior automotive experience—just the right blend of common sense, critical thinking, and a great personality! As a Buyer in Training, you will gain valuable skills to accurately appraise, value, and acquire pre-owned vehicles. This isn’t just another job; it's a stepping stone to a rewarding career as a used car buyer.

Responsibilities :

• Learn how to assess pre-owned vehicles.
• Actively pursue and develop leads from individuals looking to sell their vehicles (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, KBB Instant Cash Offer).
• Communicate and negotiate positively and professionally with potential sellers.
• Appraise vehicles on-site for trade-ins and purchases.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Support the acquisition of vehicles.
