Now, with a very healthy customer list, we are seeking an Account Manager in the Bay Area to continue building long-term, trusting relationships with those customers.

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is a language services provider that offers in person, video, over-the-phone, and written options for translation, interpretation, ADA remediation, transcription, language assessments, voice over, and website localization.
Founded in 2010 by mother and son duo Jennifer Hanna and Tom Elias Hanna in their garage in San Diego, CA, Hanna has grown to more than 75 employees, served over 1 million non-English speakers to date in 250 languages, and has sponsored countless outreach events to serve the local community.

As a Hanna Account Manager…
You will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to nurture and grow assigned accounts, driving both increased service usage and revenue. Collaborating closely with our business development and implementation teams, you will report to the Revenue Ops Manager and contribute significantly to our sales and customer retention strategies.

Responsibilities - Our Account Manager will
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Checking customer use of services on a weekly basis to find opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Assist with challenging client requests, education opportunities, or issue escalations as needed
- Must be a team player, working closely with various departments such as the implementation, sales, scheduling, accounting, and quality assurance teams to provide excellent customer experience
- Attend and offer clients monthly and quarterly meetings
- Attend client-held events as needed

Additional requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferred) or SalesForce
- Reliable transportation

- 30% travel (Mostly day trips)

Compensation: $75,000.00/year (base) Bonus
