What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier position at Hannibal Regional Hospital?
Utilizes Hospital vehicles to transport materials and / or customers of Hannibal Regional Hospital in a safe and efficient manner. Performs receiving, storing, distributing and other storeroom procedures in support of the functions of the Materials Management Department as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess, at a minimum, a valid Class E or Illinois drivers license. Must be able to obtain CDL with Class P endorsement
- Must have a clear driving record
- Skill in the safe and efficient operation of vehicles
- Ability to lift and push 75 lbs
- Ability to sit, walk and climb for extended periods
- Ability to organize work
- Ability to read and perform basic math skills
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
