Certification Details
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
Job Summary
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in stepdown care. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and be able to work 3x12 night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care on the stepdown unit
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet facility needs
- Floated rotation to med tele, med surg, and rehab units as needed
Requirements
- MO or compact license
- Current ACLS and BLS (AHA ONLY) certifications
- Experience with drips including Cardizem, Amio, Heparin, and Dobutamine
- Comfortable taking isolation patients including COVID
Schedule Information
Shift: 3x12 nights
On-call requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Unit Specific Information
Floated rotation to med tele, med surg, and rehab units as needed
