The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department in executing the strategic initiatives of the company. The Coordinator is involved in a variety of marketing activities, including event planning and management, content and collateral creation, recruiting, and client communications. The position reports to the Marketing Manager and responsibilities include : Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Supports the Marketing Manager with external and internal eventsCoordinates sponsorships and membershipsAssists in updating marketing collateral and other marketing resourcesMaintains firm's client relationship management systemCreates digital and print advertisementsCreates and coordinates multimedia packagesImplements social media strategy and creates content accordinglyCollaborates with Operations Managers to create intranet contentComposes draft communication for senior management and assists with finalizing written collateralDevelops monthly newsletters (internal and external)Assists the Marketing Manager with development and implementation of internal communications strategy to foster marketing and business development cultureProvides web support including drafting and updating of content and imagesPresents design ideas and recommendations to Marketing ManagerRepresents the firm at trade shows and community fairsManages the HTB Store and provides internal support for orders and employee inquiriesSupports the firm's branding efforts by following established brand guidelinesPerforms other duties as assigned Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
