Hanon's Building Services is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Scottsdale, Arizona with its newest branch here in Fort Worth, Texas. At Hanon's, window and pressure washing is our bread and butter, but what good is bread and butter without an entree? More (usually higher-ticket) services we offer are janitorial/day porter services, trash valet, holiday & permanent lighting, and parking lot striping. Our array of services are meant to be bundled together so that we can build a tailored, all-in-one annual service plan solution for both residential and commercial properties. Hanon’s Building Services is looking for dynamic, motivated Outside Sales Representatives who want to build something incredible—not just for our clients, but for themselves. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service.
  • Conduct daily outside sales activities, including door knocking, cold calling, and service demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement business development initiatives.
  • Manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Meet/exceed weekly sales target.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales
  • Excellent cold calling and product demonstration abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,998.00 - $173,286.00 per year
