Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will combine two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network starting in late fall 2025. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.
Hanover is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.
The Executive Assistant will provide support for the Chief Executive Officer and other key staff members. This position will provide support in the areas of clerical, reporting and administrative duties.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Six years related experience including three years of experience as administrative support to at the director level or above.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
- Provide administrative support for the CEO and other key staff members as required, including correspondence, answering telephone, managing CEO’s daily schedule of appointments and maintaining department’s office supplies
- Initiate creative ideas to assist the CEO in accomplishing tasks and goals; anticipate needs and respond appropriately.
- Maintain a liaison relationship with Directors and Managers, as well as other organizational and corporate staff. Keep CEO informed of pertinent information.
- Ensure appropriate notification of meetings; prepare agenda and distribute notices; maintain hospital wide calendar of events.
- Attend, record, and transcribe minutes for the following meetings: Sr. Operations, Department Head, EOC, Quality Council, Medical Executive, Governing Board, and others as requested. Ensure minutes are prepared in conformity with regulatory agency requirements; monitor follow through on action plans.
- Assist in coordinating materials for meetings and accreditation projects such as JCAHO and ASMA
- Proficiently prepare documents utilizing spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software programs.
- Coordinate travel for CEO and other staff as needed
- Prepare and maintain contract files, ensuring contracts are current and properly documented.
- Maintain current CME files for medical staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
