Bear Mountain Healthcare Hanover, a skilled nursing facility in Hanover, NH, is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Medical Records Coordinator. This position offers Flexible scheduling which may include some weekends and Holidays.
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process AP invoices and payments
- Data entry, coding and filing
- Maintain Client account information
- Creating new medical records and retrieve existing records
- Scan, assign and record new medical records
- Verify existing medical record
- Input and record information into the computer
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Knowledge of accounting and book keeping prefered.
