Job Overview

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, efficiency, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Evening Shift Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch tow trucks and roadside assistance vehicles efficiently using Towbook software.
- Receive and process incoming service calls, ensuring accuracy in job details.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide job details, updates, and instructions.
- Monitor job progress and adjust dispatching as needed to maintain service efficiency.
- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide updates on estimated arrival times.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, roadside assistance providers, and insurance companies as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all dispatch activity.
- Address any service issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch experience preferred, ideally in the towing or transportation industry.
- Proficiency with Towbook software ( or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatching systems.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Pay
- Pay starts at $14 per hour for the duration of training. Once training is completed, pay is raised to $16 per hour (competitive wage) (based on performance and experience).
