Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced self - motivated with proven sales goals and leadership abilities. Past experience in leading a team of 4 - 8 sales representatives. The Aesthetic Regional Sales Representative is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys building relationships with clients to buy our product. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating growth, protecting market share, and expanding our client base. Leveraging selling skills with your leadership abilities, product knowledge, and technical knowledge to share and motivate your team. You will not be alone! You will be running meetings with your sales team under the guidance of the Director of Sales. This position will coordinate and track sales activity through our Hub Spot CRM and perform administrative tasks as needed. You will know your team's territory and know when they are on the road. Proven leadership ability is a MUST!!!! Minimum (2) years' experience.
Key Responsibilities inclusive of but not limited to:

- The Regional Manager will be leading and developing a territory of 4 to 8 Aesthetic Sales Members.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals set by the Director of Sales and expand area market presence in each sales member's area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team, enabling you to coach and counsel the sales team to develop Business Development Skills, overseeing development and succession planning.
- Responsible for leading and managing the territory, including but not limited to sales accountability, ensuring training, development, disciplinary issues, interviewing with the HR team, managing region budgets, and developing and maintaining key customer relationships to ensure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products. Identify trends within your sales team's territories and create regional execution plans across the Aesthetics product portfolio
- Ensures the sales team adheres to compliance and travel/expense policies.
- Quarterly reviews to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Regularly recruit doctors to attend MINT, KLARDIE, and TargetCool seminars, training, and conventions.
- Achieved sales quota and goals by continually visiting med spas in assigned accounts and territories.
- Provides leadership and direction for the recruitment of doctors to attend MINT, KLARDI,E, and TargetCool seminars, training, and conventions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Runs weekly meetings under the direction of the Director of Sales; develops sales plans to optimize sales activities and achieve target sales performance for each team member.
- Attends industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our products. (Weekends)
- Prepares and submits Weekly Sales Reports.
- Daily entry into the Hub Spot CRM
Qualifications:
- 2 Years Sales Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM.
- Experience with Micro Soft Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Important to have time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time within the designated territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Salary Company Credit Card.
- Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential. (UNCAPPED)
- Opportunity to make up to $160,000.00
