Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Ensuring the generation and maintenance of leads through outbound calls and scheduling meetings is a priority. You should also go on ride-a-long with your sales members and make face-to-face introductions, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Assist the sales team in Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Communicating daily with the Director of Sales developing and implementing sales strategies and leading and motivating your sales team to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Implement and utilize the ZOHO CRM platform to organize activities, manage pipelines, to follow and report the sales progress and productivity of each sales team member.
- Setting attainable sales targets and monitoring individual performance with weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Develop and execute cost-benefit analyses and sales presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Assist customers in navigating Shopify (E-store) and abide by the company’s ordering system
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Guiding sales teams to build and maintain customer relationships. Assist with identifying key accounts and developing strategies to nurture them.
- Follow up on sales teams' sales presentations and negotiations including scheduling and professionally managing MINT training, as well as recruiting trainees.
- Ensure training products are delivered to the appropriate trainer and returned to the office based on supply return shipment guideline
- Assist in resolving customer requests and/or problems promptly and professionally.
- Ensure and encourage effective communication with co-regional managers and other departments to help manage tasks and/or customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards, corporate performance standards, professional behavior, and ethical salesmanship.
- Continually, analyze market trends, and competition and stay updated with industry developments and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research identifying new trends and sales opportunities for the sales team. Perpetual self-training on the industry and relevant products
- Participate and attend all mandatory meetings; internal and/or external
- Prioritize important and urgent tasks, accordingly, utilize organizational skills to maximize time management
- Share Google Calendar with the sales team and keep up to date with all work-related travel, meetings, and events.
- Ensure proper use of company credit cards, which is not allowed to be used during off-weekends, holidays, and/or PTO
- Record all company credit card transactions properly and submit expense reports by the deadline
- Submit weekly reports.
- Responding promptly to all work communications platforms: Gmail, ERP, Monday.com and ZOHO.
- Follow all updated department protocols, and submit tasks promptly, with correct templates, to the appropriate parties involved.
- Provide accurate information on all company forms, following guidelines
- Cross-sell additional products or manage a new product introduction as they become available
- Mandatory travel to events and some training to show support to your sales team and meet the KOL’s in person.
- 2 Years Sales Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM's.
- Experience with Micro Soft Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Important to have time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
