Hansell Tierney is assisting our client in finding a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong Tableau experience. This role is ideal for a developer who can quickly ramp up, enhance an existing custom-built tool, troubleshoot issues, and improve its sustainability and supportability.

The successful candidate will need to inherit an existing system, analyze the current setup, and implement improvements.

Location : Remote

Duration : 2 Months

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards based on business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau, Snowflake, and Azure DevOps (ADO) integrations.
  • Implement a list of enhancements and optimizations for the existing custom-built tool.
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to transition and document knowledge.
  • Improve the sustainability and supportability of the BI platform.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Team and Project Managers to refine reporting solutions.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Tableau.
  • Experience working with Snowflake and ADO as data sources.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand and enhance an existing custom-built BI tool.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve data and dashboard issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Estimated Compensation for this role is varied and is between $40.00 to $60.00 per hour.
