We are seeking an experienced Accela Developer to design, develop, and enhance applications using the Accela Civic Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accela scripting (JavaScript, EMSE), workflow automation, and system integrations. This role involves working closely with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for permitting, licensing, and code enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Accela Civic Platform applications using JavaScript, Accela EMSE (Event Manager Scripting Engine), and APIs.
- Design and optimize Accela workflows, reports, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Accela with third-party systems using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Support data migrations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with business analysts and system administrators to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support and documentation for Accela solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Accela development and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, EMSE scripting, and Accela APIs.
- Experience with Accela Automation, Accela Citizen Access (ACA), and Accela Mobile Office.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and reporting tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus.
- Accela certifications are a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
