Our client is seeking an Integration Project Manager.
Location: Seattle, WA
Length of Assignment: 6 Month Contract

Summary:
Our client has provided a large number of integration project managers for the Planning, Design, and Construction department over the past six-plus years. They are seeking another Integration Project Manager to lead various hospital expansion projects!
Requirements:
Experience:
- Hard requirement for Hospital Operations experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop a project charter to confirm project details including scope, approach, deliverables, assumptions, key stakeholders, etc.
- Build the Project Team and oversee the integration of various workstreams including design, construction, IT, communications, operational readiness, move coordination, etc.
- Develop a high-level work breakdown structure (WBS).
- Create a stakeholder list around the scope of work, and what part of the work they are involved in.
- Develop a governance structure, meeting, and communication plan to guide the project.
- Partner with construction and design teams to facilitate the timely completion of program objectives.
- Negotiate with support teams to coordinate related activities from information services, workflow change management, department education, physical move, and space decommissioning.
- Support critical path operational efforts for impacted departments, managing user relationships and helping to navigate both design and construction.
- Manage engagement and communication with the business owners and key stakeholders.
- Estimate and coordinate resources needed to complete the planning and identify what is needed for execution.
- Manage and document risks, issues, and decisions that may arise throughout the planning and execution.
- Provide project support, specifically to help set up program structure and standard work templates to be used across the program.
- Coordinate all of the project stakeholders and the work into a single roadmap, including timelines.
- Provide regular updates to leadership.
- Conduct assessment and manage operational readiness.
Estimated Compensation: $65.00 - $75.00/hr
