Our client, a financial institution in the South Sound, is looking for a Marketing Specialist.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to document the current member experience journey and recommend process improvements across all touchpoints for each product / service we offer. Retention management and / or customer lifecycle marketing experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving customer experience.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct a comprehensive review of all member touchpoints across various products including deposit, loan, and digital services.
- Map out the end-to-end member experience journey, identifying key interactions and pain points. This will include website and mobile application messages, email messages, sms messages, and or direct mail.
- Collaborate with all departments to gather insights and data related to member interactions.
- Develop detailed documentation of the current member experience, including flowcharts, diagrams, and written reports.
- Present findings and provide recommendations for improvements based on findings and best practices.
- Contribute to effective department and organizational operations by performing other duties as assigned.

Length of Assignment : up to 3 month contract (8-12 week project)
Compensation Range : $35 - $45 / hour depending on experience
