Location: 3-5 days per week. Seattle, WA.
Duration: Direct Hire
Estimated Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year with competitive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute office events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
- Maintain the office environment, keeping it clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Perform general administrative office tasks, such as managing supplies, scheduling, and mail handling.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure services, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Independently handle assigned tasks with precision and accountability, ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute tasks effectively.
- Experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) is a plus.
