We are currently assisting our client, a renown regional healthcare provider, with their search for contract Senior Project Coordinator.
Location: Seattle, WA. Hybrid Schedule with weekly onsite required.
Duration: 6 month contract with extension possibilities
Estimated Compensation Range: $40.00 - $53.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the work efforts of various projects. This role involves working closely with Project Managers to prepare and track comprehensive project plans, including communications, schedules, risks, issues, requisitions, vendor coordination, and project budgets. The Project Coordinator also handles data entry, submitting and tracking purchase orders, taking meeting notes, drafting agendas, and creating clear communications for wide audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in the preparation and tracking of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage communication and documentation for various projects, including meeting notes, agendas, and updates to stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process by submitting and tracking purchase orders through the department's PO system.
- Utilize Smartsheet and PPM Pro (if applicable) for project tracking and management.
- Archive project documentation using Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and accessible.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage requisitions to support project needs.
- Collaborate with Construction Project Managers on permitting and general construction management.
- Partner with Integrating Project Managers on change management, communications, and ensuring clinical teams are prepared for project implementations.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and preparing communications.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and PPM Pro is a plus.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably within construction or facilities management.
- A collaborative and proactive problem-solver with critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A procedure-minded individual who is able to bring rigor and organization to their work while being flexible and open to change.
