Office Receptionist
Position Summary:
The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless experience when picking up or dropping off auction items. This role requires excellent customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Office Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors promptly upon arrival.
- Direct customers to the appropriate personnel for auction item transactions.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information via phone and email.
- Process auction payments, track customer follow-ups, and maintain detailed invoice records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., pens, notepads, auction advertisements).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packaging and postage setup for customer shipments.
- Monitor and communicate office supply needs to the Office Manager.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, transcribing, and managing auction records.
- Assist with inventory transfers between Hansen Auction Group locations.
- Manage auction payments, following company cash-handling procedures.
- Support on-site cataloging as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
