- 10 years of experience in learning & development
- Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing agency ( mandatory )
- Proven ability to align L&D strategies with organizational goals
- Experience in designing and tracking KPIs to measure program success
- Leadership in driving growth through innovative learning initiatives
