- Answering and Screening Calls : Handling inbound calls, assessing potential clients' needs, and determining if their case meets the firm's criteria.
- Gathering Client Information : Collecting detailed information about potential clients and their cases, including contact details, relevant events, and documentation.
- Scheduling Appointments : Coordinating consultations and follow-up appointments with attorneys or legal staff.
- Providing Case Updates : Keeping clients informed about the status of their initial intake and next steps in the process.
- Explaining Services : Clearly communicating the firm's legal services and processes to potential clients.
- Maintaining Records : Inputting and managing client information in the firm's case management system accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service : Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential clients, even if their case is not accepted.
- Coordinating Referrals : Referring potential clients to other firms or resources if their case does not fit the firm's scope of practice.
- Working with Attorneys : Collaborating with attorneys and legal teams to evaluate new cases and provide relevant client information.
- Meeting Performance Metrics : Achieving goals related to call volume, case qualification, and client conversion rates.
