Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Network Engineer to join a large enterprise team focused on network optimization and modernization. This role will work hybrid based on different project needs and offer the opportunity to work with new technologies and processes!
The Network Engineer will be responsible for analyzing network operations, providing analysis of network infrastructure and operations to identify potential areas for optimization.
Duties:
- Install and configure CISCO networking devices (switches, routers) as well as firewalls to support business needs and automation processes.
- Analyze network traffic and utilization trends, providing insight to senior leadership and network architects throughout the network design, build, and implementation processes.
- Use operational data to create network hardware and software tests, ensuring network environment meets client specifications and regulations.
- Collaborate with technical specialists, serving as SME on network operations throughout the implementation process of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure network compliance to meet audit requirements, creating supporting documentation. Additionally, anticipate and mitigate potential attacks through network to ensure the security of the system
Qualifications:
- In-depth experience working with enterprise CISCO network environments
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and updating network devices and softwares
- Preferred: network automation
