About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll help identify, engage, and match qualified candidates with open positions for our clients across multiple industries. Whether you're talking to an IT specialist, administrative assistant, or project manager, you know how to connect with people and find the right fit.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of recruiting experience (any industry) who’s looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles across various industries
- Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate skills, experience, and interests
- Work closely with account managers to understand client hiring needs and timelines
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Proactively build talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions
- Support recruiting efforts through job postings, referrals, and networking
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, from first contact to final offer
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house; industry flexible)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and work in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms (Bullhorn is a plus)
- Self-starter attitude with strong organization and follow-through
- A genuine interest in helping people find the right career opportunities
Bonus Points
- Experience working in a staffing agency or client-facing recruiting role
- Exposure to a variety of roles/industries (tech, finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Familiarity with VMS platforms or high-volume recruiting environments
- Local knowledge of the Lexington/Columbia SC job market
