What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business System Analyst position at Hansen Talent Group (HTG)?
Hansen Talent Group is now hiring a Sr Business System Analyst with in-depth experience working to support large scale client system implementations and integrations. The ideal candidates has in-depth experience working with client requirements, ensuring SLAs are met, and is willing to work hybrid onsite in Columbia, SC.
The Business System Analyst will be responsible for taking ownership of client systems and serving as point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and into post-implementation.
Duties:
- Work with stakeholders to help define business needs and requirements, providing steering support in order to ensure best value in solution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to outline technical specifications and required system customizations.
- Prioritize work tasks throughout the project and ensure tasks are completed and documented on time to meet project deadlines. Escalate tasks and work sessions as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop success metrics used for testing and work with the teams to ensure SLAs are met.
- Identify areas of product and process improvement to ensure client product/environment success. Provide project direction and recommendations.
- Create project documentation and update systems documentation.
- Provide regular project updates to both internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration or similar field
- 5 years of experience working with IT Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Hands-on experience coordinating and supporting System Implementations
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
