Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a systems administrator working with active working experience using Active Directory to support system and data security. This role is working with a hybrid team and supporting several lines of businesses/server environments.
The systems administrator will be responsible for Active Directory administration and systems' data security efforts.
Duties:
- Create, update, and maintain user profiles for both new, onboarding employees and current employees. Ensure that all user accesses and group policies are accurate.
- Oversee security provisioning for accounts in Active Directory, collaborating with cybersecurity teams.
- Create on-boarding security templates based on department and line of business requirements.
- Support MS Exchange environment -- creating and maintaining accounts for Outlook and Teams as well as troubleshooting.
- Analyze system for errors and needed corrections to support data security.
- Create reports in ServiceNow and AD to be used in system analysis and audit efforts.
Qualifications:
- In-depth experience working with Active Directory for user profiles and security access
- Knowledge and experience supporting O365 and Exchange
- ServiceNow
