Summary/Objective
Coordinates and expedites flow of information, work, and materials within and between departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions

- Generate, print, and bag daily cellular production plans.
- Facilitate the SameDay/ODL process by initiating and following critical customer orders from production to shipping and provide Customer Service with accurate updates.
- Process and close completed work orders on an hourly basis.
- Run and communicate the daily work order closure report at the end of each day.
- Update and communicate the daily plan with the work order completions at the end of each day.
- Maintain work order cleanup reports on a weekly basis.
- Setup and maintain supplier information as needed.
- Suggest and implement improvements in workflow, customer delivery and other aspects of production control.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand. The primary schedule will be 9am to 6:30pm.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day. Some out-of-area travel may be expected.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or (GED) and one year related experience and training. Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
