About The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Software Developer to join our CIS-B Team in Columbia, SC. Take a key role in driving success as will work on an enterprise level application within the utility market. In this role the developer should contain a high level of analytical skills and be able to work with multiple scrum teams to produce software products within a defined SDLC.

You are a highly enthusiastic individual passionate software development professional eager to contribute your technical expertise and collaborative mindset to a modern, customer-centric environment. You excel in delivering high-quality solutions, meeting deadlines, and embracing new technologies and processes.
- Proficient in relevant tools and technologies, such as Oracle Databases, PL / SQL, Java, Python, or web development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Node). Strong skills in performance tuning, API development, and UI / UX design.
- Hands-on experience with source management tools like GIT and SourceTree and working knowledge of IDEs such as IntelliJ or Oracle IDEs.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and modern development approaches, with a commitment to following best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork in Agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Software Programming, Computer Science, or Engineering, with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
