About The Role
Exciting opportunity for an IT - Analyst to be based onsite in our Bethlehem, PA office. Development Center who will handle Tier 1 and 2 support cases across multiple locations, including travel to Hansen offices, data centers, and client offices, when required, keep systems updated, perform security patching, and manage Incident & Request tickets within the agreed business SLAs. This position will manage ON / OFF-Boarding requests, share knowledge, and produce reports to then share with the Workplace team and the Global Workplace Manager.
About You
- You have strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT challenges that is backed by your excellent communication abilities, asset and vendor management skills.
- You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering or related equivalent experience and certifications.
- You will have previous experience in an on-site and / or remote IT Support, User / device access management & security tools with Microsoft Systems & Products including but not limited to; Windows, MS 365 Admin Centre, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, and OneDrive .
- You will bring knowledge of multiple levels of technology support including, but not limited to; Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Templo, VDIs & VMs, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP, Backup systems, and PowerShell.
- You have 2 years of experience in a similar role and appropriate tertiary qualifications and a passion for IT Support and working in a modern software development business that is customer-centric.
- You bring knowledge in Systems licenses; including, Microsoft & Docker Licenses, MacOS devices and systems, working with Mobile devices; including, iOS and Android, SentinelOne, Zscaler, Beyond Trust, ProofPoint, Global Protect, ITSM and Ticketing systems
