Position Purpose:
Represent our store's image in a positive manner by providing our customers with helpful, courteous service from our bakery department.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Honest, team-oriented person who has a good work ethic.
- Interaction with customers will be friendly, courteous, positive and enthusiastic.
- Directs or shows customers where items are in the store.
- Able to recognize bakery products.
- Properly package and label bakery items.
- Cleans all areas of the bakery department as needed. Including but not limited to, display cases, pots and pans, baking utensils, floors, tables, counters etc.
- Able to take special orders from customers.
- Stock, face and rotate merchandise.
- Pull and mark down expired bakery product.
- Frost, decorate, sprinkle and fill bakery product as needed.
- Able to handle customer complaints.
- Performs and deli functions as needed.
- Stays productive while punched in.
- Follow sanitation practices and health regulations and wear appropriate attire.
- Other duties as they are assigned.
- Lift 30lbs occasionally, lift 10lbs regularly.
- Stand for the duration of the work shift.
- Reaching and pulling merchandise regularly.
