The Systems Coordinator, is responsible for managing and optimizing the functionality of Hanson’s ERP system, Lillyworks. The role includes creating work orders, items, and overseeing the production schedule. You will serve as a vital link between different sectors of the system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize Lillyworks to create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate and timely production scheduling.
- Create and maintain items within the ERP system, updating as needed to reflect changes in inventory or production requirements.
- Oversee the production schedule, coordinating with different departments to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Act as a central point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Lillyworks system.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide support to enhance system efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on Lillyworks functionality and best practices.
- Stay informed about updates and new features in Lillyworks, implementing changes to improve overall system performance.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of ERP systems experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among different departments.
