Job Description:
HANWHA ADVANCED MATERIALS AMERICA, LLC is seeking a skilled Production Engineer to lead our production team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and be able to oversee daily activities, optimize production processes, and ensure efficient and safe manufacturing practices.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule production plans to meet customer requirements
- Control inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Implement 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) to prevent production disruptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience required
- Bi-lingual (Korean & English) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and math skills with understanding of MRP
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work with multiple teams and manage tasks
- Ability to delegate assignments and train employees
