- Ensure that all Hanwha Philly Shipyard safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met
- Communicate company values, culture and benefits to candidates, serving as an organizational brand champion and ensuring an appropriate candidate match
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future cohorts, keep updated and organized the applicant tracking system
- Keep job description up to date
- Coordinate all job postings, including internal, Hanwha Philly Shipyard website, and other relevant job boards
- Determine marketing and sourcing strategies to attract candidates
- Work closely with Communications on social media advertising
- Track completed applications and follow up with applicants for missing information
- Schedule cohort tours and interviews
- Schedule testing for all candidates, including coordinating with testing center, instructors and collecting applicant testing fee
- Focus on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process
- Qualify or reject candidates based on completeness and testing
- Present verbal and written offers once candidates are approved
- Organize and host onboarding day, taking the lead to coordinate between the various vendors and internal team members
- Act as company spokesperson for all recruiting events and job fairs
- Work directly with area high schools to promote the apprentice program
- Provide recruiting status report, scorecard with key performance benchmarks and timely updates on all recruiting activity
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attend periodic Career Fairs

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 years full cycle recruitment experience, experience in a manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience creating and implementing processes from inception to completion
- Technically savvy in managing applicant tracking systems and other HRIS related systems
- Experience with Ultimate Software a plus
