Position Overview
- The Sales Director for Standard Integrally Geared Compressors in the Americas will oversee and drive the growth of sales across North, Central, and South America. This leader will develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share, manage regional sales teams and channel partners, and foster strong customer / supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial equipment sales, extensive knowledge of the industrial air compressor market with specific experience with integrally geared compressors, and the ability to adapt strategies to the unique needs of the Americas region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration for standard integrally geared compressors.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including direct industrial clients, distribution channel partners, and OEMs across the Americas.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team across the Americas
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
Leverage a strong understanding of integrally geared compressors to effectively position the product line.
