SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee hourly recruitment efforts and ensure the seamless transition of employees from staffing agencies to corporate employment. This position will also manage new hire orientations, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as a key point of communication with the QuickStart facility team to align talent acquisition processes with organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hourly Recruitment Management
- Develop and execute sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies for hourly employees.
- Partner with department managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline hiring.
- Staffing Agency Conversions
- Manage the employee conversion process from staffing agencies to corporate positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding during conversions, including compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
- Work closely with staffing agencies to monitor contract timelines and manage expectations.
- New Hire Orientation
- Coordinate and execute new hire orientation programs to ensure all employees are set up for success.
- Partner with HR and training teams to deliver engaging and informative onboarding sessions.
- Maintain and update orientation materials to reflect current organizational practices.
- Collaboration with QuickStart Facility Team
- Serve as the primary liaison between the talent acquisition team and the QuickStart facility team.
- Coordinate recruitment timelines and facility onboarding needs for smooth employee integration.
- Address and resolve any challenges that may arise in the onboarding or facility coordination process.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Analyze recruiting metrics and suggest improvements for optimizing the talent acquisition process.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, detailing progress on hiring goals and retention trends.
- Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Extensive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience with hourly recruiting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build effective working relationships.
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience with hourly recruiting is highly preferred.
- Vendor/contractor management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
