Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with comprehensive exam pretests, including autorefraction, lensometry, visual acuity, fundus imaging and tonometry to support optometrists in delivering precise vision care.
- Educate and train patients on contact lens insertion, removal, and proper care, ensuring confidence and compliance with best practices.
- Assist in patient check-in and flow management, ensuring a seamless and organized exam experience.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, helping patients select the best contact lenses for their needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience as an Optical Technician, preferably in an optometry practice or vision care setting.
