What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Attorney position at Happ Law Group P.C.?
Happ Law Group P.C. is looking to hire an associate attorney with, ideally, at least 5 years of family law litigation experience.
The associate attorney position will require independent management of their own family law cases, with support from the firm’s principal attorney and staff. Therefore, it is important that any applicant be prepared to demonstrate their ability to handle such responsibility. Candidates must have experience drafting pleadings and financial disclosures, examining witnesses / deponents, and presenting oral arguments on substantive issues in court proceedings. Preferred candidates will be detail-oriented, organized and have strong communication skills. Caseloads will be kept reasonable to ensure high quality representation is provided to clients and work-life balance is maintained.
Compensation will be comprised of a base salary (depends on experience), bonus pay, health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and matching retirement contributions.
