Growth Marketing Manager / Growth & Analytics Leader

Contractor Role, 32-40 hours per week; Remote, $79,000 to $114,000 (plus results based compensation)

At Happen to Your Career we are a small, rapidly growing company that believes in doing work you love and doing work in your strengths. Your primary role is to help us achieve explosive growth each year, specifically aiming to reach enough people and build relationships to grow from our current rate of 50% growth to 100% growth, year over year.

Key Results Areas :

Doubling our scheduled and completed calls (First Time Conversations) in 12 months.

Consistently exceeding 145 Completed First Time conversations (per month) with potential clients.

Revenue and profit exceeding our goals (growing from $1.1 to $2.4 Million).

Continually improving conversions in funnels, nurture sequences, landing pages, emails, etc.

Finding unconventional ways to help us grow explosively (100% YoY or more).

The longer version of what You’ll Be Doing :

Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned objectives.

Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.

Growth Hacking : Find unconventional data-based hacks for marketing with minimal resources.

Full Stack Marketing : Content marketing, data and analytics, and paid search and advertising.

Ensure effective communication across the organization.

Optimize all content and marketing to meet our goals.

We’re Looking for Someone Who :

Has 5 years of experience in growth hacking or marketing.

Has successfully doubled an organization in size within one year.

Has experience with team leadership and project management.

Is comfortable with WordPress and basic website management.

Demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment and clarity.

Non-Requirements (Bonus Points) :

Experience with various industries and types of jobs.

Familiarity with our brand and what we stand for.
