As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial aspects of our company, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of happiness and well-being within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of the company
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads
• Create and monitor financial KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in a senior finance position, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
