Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Plan, coordinate, and implement student learning plans
- Evaluate and observe students behavior and learning styles.
- Educate students according to predetermined guidelines
- Complete assessments and keep files on each student
- Engage with parents regarding the child's day, behaviors, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Ability to remain patient and positive with students
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Educational Background or Willing to obtain CDA
