Job Summary
We are seeking a few motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team. We are family owned and have been selling and servicing RV’s for over fifty years. If you are friendly, outgoing and enjoy meeting new people, we may have a spot for you. We will train you with the product knowledge and supply you with all tools necessary in order to give you the best advantage to succeed. We work 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 6:00pm with 2 consecutive days off. Compensation is based on hourly wage plus commission and bonuses. We are looking for honest, dependable people who want to work.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Maintain knowledge of all product inventory and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and use of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can assist a broader range of customers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
- A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques is important for success in this role.
