Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting beer, wine and spirit products
-Operate checkouts and process transactions
-Carry items out to customer vehicles
-Stock shelves, displays and coolers
-General cleaning tasks
-Provide great customer service
Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred, not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge in using computer systems and software applications
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, sales tax)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
