Job Description:
As a Customer Service/Sales Assistant in the powersports industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and supporting the sales team, all while utilizing your passion for powersports to provide tailored recommendations and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Assist with the sales process by helping customers find the right crankshafts and engine components for their powersports needs.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and detail.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, sales follow-ups, and customer communications.
- Utilize your knowledge of the powersports industry to offer product recommendations and upsell opportunities.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and processing returns and exchanges.
- Help with general administrative tasks and office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- A passion for the powersports industry (motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and driving results.
- Basic proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite, Excel, etc.) and customer management systems.
- Knowledge of automotive or powersports products, specifically crankshafts and engine components, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
