What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in new home construction, with production building experience in underground roughs and trims, in compliance with Florida plumbing codes.
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective, timely solutions.
- Interpreting blueprints and specs to ensure compliance with Florida building codes and project requirements.
- Working on home production plumbing projects, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized worksites in line with Florida safety standards.
What You Bring:
- New construction production experience required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and Florida residential construction processes.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job.
