What Youll Be Doing :

Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in new home construction, with production building experience in underground roughs and trims, in compliance with Florida plumbing codes.
Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective, timely solutions.
Interpreting blueprints and specs to ensure compliance with Florida building codes and project requirements.
Working on home production plumbing projects, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized worksites in line with Florida safety standards.

What You Bring :

New construction production experience required.

At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and Florida residential construction processes.

Clean driving record.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and efficiency.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

A valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation to the job.
