Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
- Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions to address diverse needs of clients
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate clients and families on strategies for improving communication and swallowing function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and technologies to enhance patient outcomes
- Stay informed about advancements in speech-language pathology research and contribute to evidence-based practice
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist
- Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to licensure requirements
Salary : $75 - $85
