What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to residential service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of plumbing issues—everything from leaky faucets and clogged drains to water heater problems and pipe leaks.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide upfront estimates before starting work.
- Performing routine maintenance services, inspections, and minor installations (e.g., toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, etc.).
- Keeping accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions using service software or work orders.
- Ensuring every home is left clean and in better shape than when you arrived, protecting floors, wearing booties and respecting the customer's space.
- Staying up to date with local plumbing codes and best practices.
- Being available for rotating on-call shifts, emergency calls and after-hours service when needed.
What You Bring:
- Solid experience handling residential plumbing service calls—you’re confident walking into any home and quickly identifying the problem.
- At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and Florida residential construction processes.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job.
