You will assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise itinerary booking cabins arranging transportation to and from ports and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

- Handle client inquiries resolve issues and provide support before during and after their cruise vacation.
- Stay informed about industry trends new cruise destinations and special promotions to better assist clients and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings payments and client interactions
Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have work authorization in the USA Mexico and Australia.
- Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
