Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our Solutions and Consulting business unit. The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by understanding their unique needs, providing expert guidance, and fostering strong relationships. 


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual success. 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Proactively identify areas where our solutions and consulting services can add value to the client's business. 

Solution Implementation and Adoption 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, consulting, and technical support, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. 
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of our offerings. 
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, driving the adoption of key features, solutions, and services. 

Client Advocacy and Feedback 

  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring that client feedback is effectively communicated and addressed. 
  • Gather insights from clients to inform product development, service enhancements, and overall strategy. 
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 

Renewals and Expansion

  • Work closely with the sales team to drive renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions and services. 
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize client value and drive revenue growth.
  • Track key metrics related to client health, renewal rates, and expansion opportunities. 


Qualifications 

  •  Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or consulting. 
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and the ability to articulate the value proposition of complex products and services. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
