Job Title: Production Coordinator
Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary:
Lead distribution operations and personnel, maximizing efficiency and supporting management.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate daily shipments of Har-Tru products.
Responsible for counting TCM inventory to maintain accuracy.
Ensure processes are being followed to maintain shipping accuracy.
Adhere to facility safety in accordance with policy, hazardous materials and OSHA regulations.
Assist management in maintaining and posting TCM schedule and Associates Schedule.
Assist with and communicate with the sales team.
Enter production information into our system.
Enter production builds into our system for on hand inventory accuracy.
Upload photos of truck loads into our system.
Be responsible for administrative duties for safety on TCM side of business.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a production/warehouse atmosphere would be beneficial.
- Outdoor exposure to full range of weather conditions. Controlled exposure to dust and loud noise.
- Overtime is expected during busy season, February to June.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication skills.
Language Skills:
- Read and interpret documents.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Speak effectively before groups.
Reasoning Ability:
- Solve problems with multiple variables in time-sensitive situations.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Interpret extensive instructions.
