What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reagent Manufacturing Associate II position at Harba Solutions Inc.?
Duties :
- Make, test and deliver on-time, high quality and highly reproducible reagents
- Use established protocols to conjugate antibodies, prepare solutions, and produce nucleic acid reagents
- Execute purification & buffer exchanges using standardized methods and bills of materials
- Characterize and quantify protein and nucleic acid based reagents with methods such as gel electrophoresis, western blots, UV-vis, or fluorescence
- Record and summarize all lab procedures and results : create and review batch records
- Participate in problem-solving efforts as required
- Operate under a quality system with proper record keeping and compliance
- Participate in new hire training
- Participate in workcenter scheduling
- Execute work orders in Netsuite
